Latest Edition of the My Football Career Newsletter Released

The latest edition of the jointly administered FFA and PFA My Football Career Program newsletter has been released. The newsletter contains information on learning opportunities for Australian footballers away from the field of play and includes details on upcoming FFA coaching courses.

Many PFA members have received funding from the PFA's Education Grant to assist them in the development of genuine post football career skills.

The courses pursued by PFA members include University and TAFE study, relevant short courses particularly in fitness, FFA coaching badges and assistance to develop small business skills.

A PFA Education Fund application form can be downloaded from the home page of this website.

The PFA is delighted to announce, with the support of LUCRF. the nominees for the PFA Footballer of the Year, the PFA Harry Kewell Medal and the inaugural PFA Women's Footballer of the Year.

The winners will be announced at the Australian Football Awards on Thursday 7 October in Sydney.
