The PFA, the exclusive representative body and collective bargaining agent of Australia’s elite professional footballers including the Socceroos, the Matildas, A-League players, W- League players, the many Australians playing professionally overseas and the scholars in Australia’s elite academy system is seeking a General Manager, Player Relations.

A key leadership position within the PFA’s governance and management structure. Based in Melbourne and reporting directly to the Chief Executive, the General Manager, Player Relations:

(1) leads and manages the player relations activities of the PFA including collective and individual representation and advice;

(2) supports the PFA’s player development and wellbeing activities and programs; and

(3) organises the players around the PFA’s strategy and activities.
